Board trolleys are essential for moving large, flat panels without risk of bending, sliding or breakage. At AJ Products UK, we provide a range built specifically for workplaces handling plasterboard, plywood, glass and other sheet materials—helping teams transport bulky goods more safely, and with less manual effort. Many of our board trolleys feature adjustable supports and high-capacity frames—up to 800 kg on selected models—making them ideal for heavier materials like doors, fencing panels or drywall. For teams managing mixed transport needs, sack trucks can offer useful support when negotiating kerbs, ramps or tight corners.
Drywall trolleys and sheet material trolleys are often a weak point in material handling—too flimsy, too small, or difficult to steer. Ours are built with wide A-frame supports, non-marking castors and generous load platforms to keep everything upright and balanced while in motion. Fit-out contractors and joinery teams often rely on these trolleys when moving materials across job sites or storage areas. If you're outfitting a larger workshop, consider pairing with mobile tables to keep tools and supplies within arm’s reach while reducing back-and-forth during assembly tasks.
From lightweight MDF to stacked drywall or acrylic panels, materials vary—and so should the trolley. Our range includes flat sheet trolleys, panel trolleys with corner supports, and heavy duty board trolleys for high-volume loads. Some are compact enough for tight workshops; others offer full-width base rails for oversized materials. Where full-length support is required for wider goods, table trolleys provide a level surface ideal for stacking or prepping materials on the move.
Moving sheet goods without the right support often leads to dropped corners, scuffs or back injuries. A dedicated board trolley reduces the need for awkward lifting or tilting—especially when boards are long, flexible or heavy. To further reduce manual strain, especially over larger sites, platform trolleys with ergonomic handles and braked castors can support longer routes or heavier combined loads while maintaining full load stability.
