Terms and Conditions

Promoter: AJ Products (UK) Ltd (“AJ Products”), Units 19 & 20 Hercules Way, Farnborough, GU14 6UU, United Kingdom.
Promotion period: 00:00 on 1 September 2026 to 23:59 on 30 September 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

1. Eligibility
1.1 The promotion is open only to businesses, charities, educational establishments, public sector bodies and other organisations established in the United Kingdom purchasing products from AJ Products for use in the course of their business, trade, profession or organisational activities. The promotion is not open to individuals purchasing products wholly or mainly for personal, domestic or household use.
1.2 The promotion is open to customers aged 18 years or over.
1.3 Employees of AJ Products (UK) Ltd, its parent or affiliated companies, agencies involved in the promotion, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
1.4 AJ Products reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to exclude any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
1.5 AJ Products reserves the right to require evidence that an entrant is a genuine business or organisation customer and may disqualify any entrant who, in AJ Products' reasonable opinion, is acting primarily in a personal consumer capacity.
 
2. How to enter
2.1 To be entered into the prize draw, an eligible customer must place an order with AJ Products (UK) Ltd with a total value of £1,000 or more excluding VAT, during the Promotion Period.
2.2 The qualifying order must be accepted by AJ Products and must not subsequently be cancelled, returned or otherwise invalidated. If a qualifying order is subsequently cancelled, refunded or materially returned before the prize has been claimed or fulfilled, AJ Products reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
2.3 Each eligible customer placing a qualifying order during the Promotion Period will receive one entry into the prize draw.
2.4 The value of multiple orders cannot be combined to reach the £1,000 qualifying threshold.
2.5 Entry into the promotion is automatic for customers who satisfy the qualifying purchase criteria.  No separate payment, fee or contribution is required in order to participate in the promotion.  Customers pay only the normal price of the products purchased.
2.6 The products included within this promotion are offered at the same prices at which they would ordinarily be offered by AJ Products in the absence of this promotion.  No part of the purchase price represents a charge for entering the promotion. 
 
3. The Prizes
3.1 There will be four winners selected from all valid qualifying entries received during the Promotion Period.
3.2 One Grand Prize: One winning customer will receive a workplace transformation package with a maximum value of £10,000 excluding VAT (“Grand Prize”).
3.3 The Grand Prize will consist of AJ Products’ products selected by the winner in consultation with AJ Products, subject to product availability and suitability.
3.4 As part of the Grand Prize, AJ Products will provide reasonable assistance with workplace planning and product selection.
3.5 The Grand Prize may include workplace advice, space planning, furniture and equipment and delivery, subject to the scope agreed between AJ Products and the winner.
3.6 The Grand Prize does not include building works, construction, electrical works, plumbing, decorating, flooring, professional architectural services or any other services not expressly agreed in writing by AJ Products.
3.7 AJ Products will make available the name of the winning business and, if applicable, the county of the winning business to persons requesting winner information within one month of the draw. Any winner may object to some or all of this information being made available where they have legitimate reasons for doing so.
3.8 Three Runner-Up Prizes: Three winning customers will each receive a workspace upgrade package with a maximum value of £1,000 excluding VAT (“Runner-Up Prize”).
3.9 Each Runner-Up Prize will consist of AJ Products’ products selected by the relevant winner in consultation with AJ Products, subject to product availability and suitability.
3.10 AJ Products may provide reasonable advice regarding product selection and suitability as part of each Runner-Up Prize.
3.11 Runner-Up Prizes may include furniture, equipment and/or workplace accessories, subject to the scope agreed with AJ Products.
3.12 Neither the Grand Prize nor any Runner-Up Prize may be exchanged for cash, sold, assigned, gifted, transferred or otherwise made available to any third party.
3.13 The prizes must be used solely for the winner's own business, organisational or workplace premises. A prize may not be used for the benefit of any third party, customer, client, affiliate, associated undertaking or other organisation and may not be supplied, gifted, sold, assigned or otherwise made available to any such person.
3.14 Where the winner is a reseller, distributor, dealer, intermediary or similar business, the prize must be used exclusively within that winner's own business operations and may not be used, directly or indirectly, as an incentive, reward, promotion, giveaway, competition prize or benefit for any customer or prospective customer
3.15 If the total value of products and eligible services selected by a winner is less than the maximum value of the applicable prize, no cash or other compensation will be payable for the difference.
3.16 The prizes must be claimed and used within 6 months of the relevant winner being notified, unless otherwise agreed in writing with AJ Products.
3.17 AJ Products reserves the right, where necessary, to substitute an element of a prize with an alternative product or service of equal or greater value.
 
4. Winner selection
4.1 Four winners will be selected at random from all valid qualifying entries received during the Promotion Period.
4.2 The first entry selected will receive the £10,000 Grand Prize.
4.3 The next three entries selected will each receive a £1,000 Runner-Up Prize.
4.4 The draw will take place within 5 working days of the end of the Promotion Period.
4.5 The draw will be conducted using a random selection process designed to ensure that each valid entry has an equal chance of being selected.
4.6 AJ Products may appoint an independent person or organisation to conduct or oversee the draw.
 
5. Notification of the winner
5.1 The winner will be contacted using the contact details associated with their qualifying AJ Products account/order. The winner shall be deemed to be the business or organisation and not the individual employee, officer or representative who places the order.
5.2 The winner must respond within 14 days of being notified.
5.3 If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the specified period, is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, AJ Products reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
 
6. Publicity
6.1 By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees that AJ Products may announce the name of the winning business or organisation and may use reasonable photographs, testimonials and details of the workplace transformation for promotional purposes, subject to the winner's prior approval of the specific content.
6.2 Any publicity involving identifiable individuals will only be undertaken with their consent.
 
7. General
7.1 AJ Products reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
7.2 AJ Products reserves the right to reject any entry that it reasonably believes is fraudulent, abusive, incomplete or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
7.3 AJ Products' decision regarding the eligibility of entries and administration of the promotion shall be final, subject to applicable law.
7.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
7.5 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
 
8. Privacy
8.1 Personal information provided in connection with the promotion will be processed by AJ Products in accordance with its privacy policy.
8.2 Personal information will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact the winner and fulfil the Prize.
8.3 Marketing communications will only be sent where the customer has provided the appropriate consent or where AJ Products is otherwise entitled to do so under applicable data-protection and electronic-marketing legislation.

Promotional code terms and conditions
Promotional codes can only be applied once per customer and cannot be combined with any other agreements, offers or quantity discounts. Only promotional codes as advertised on ajproducts.co.uk or on direct marketing from AJ Products (UK) Ltd. are valid; codes available on third party websites may not be valid. AJ Products (UK) Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw a promotional code without prior notice. Codes are valid within the advertised timeframe only. Rules with regard to minimum or maximum spend requirements and applicable products are specific to each code and will be specified on the webpage, e-mail or social media post where the code is advertised.

Promotional code and affliate partners
Promotional codes advertised by affiliate partners must be approved for use by AJ Products (UK) Ltd. for the affiliate to advertise. Any affiliate partner advertising unauthorised promotional codes will have the affliate commision cancelled.
