In any warehouse or stockroom, time spent walking back and forth adds up fast. Our picking trolleys are designed to make item collection more efficient—whether you're processing online orders, restocking shelves or managing internal deliveries. In tool-based environments, tool trolleys often work in tandem with picking trolleys to keep frequently used equipment close at hand and mobile throughout the shift.
Organisation is key when you’re managing multiple orders in one pass. Our order picking trolleys feature multiple shelves, open-frame designs and lightweight frames to minimise fatigue between pick points. Most models are constructed from powder-coated steel or aluminium for strength with reduced weight, supporting load capacities between 100–250 kg depending on the size and configuration. Some designs include raised edges or lipped shelves to prevent items from slipping in motion. Table trolleys positioned at packing or dispatch stations can support fast drop-offs or help stage partially completed orders before shipment—reducing the need for backtracking.
Ladder trolleys make it easier to access upper shelves while maintaining mobility—ideal in multi-level racking systems or retail settings. These trolleys typically feature welded steel frames with non-slip steps, and support up to 150 kg per platform, allowing for both safe elevation and item collection. Step stools can also support these environments by giving staff quick, stable access to mid-height shelving for one-off pulls or checks, without needing full ladder equipment. Both options contribute to safer, more efficient vertical handling.
Warehouse zones are rarely static. Our range of picking trolleys includes various sizes and wheel types to match shifting layouts and operational changes. Swivel castors with directional locks allow tight cornering and better alignment in narrow aisles, while ergonomic push handles reduce user fatigue over longer shifts. In environments that also require secure movement of bulkier or fragile items, cage trolleys provide enclosed, upright transport that complements open picking trolleys—especially for grouped stock or returns management.
