Delivery within 7-10 working days usually means that the product is in stock.

We also have a wide range of products that are sent directly from our network of local suppliers in the UK.

Feel free to contact us if you want more information about current stock. If you are ordering a large quantity, we recommend you contact us to check current availability.

Many of our products are delivered flat packed in order to keep our costs as low as possible for you, our customer. Most products are relatively simple to assemble. You can find out whether an item comes assembled or flat packed under the product specifications on each product page.

For business customers, we are able to arrange for the product to be assembled and installed for an additional charge. Please contact us for more information. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer this service on residential deliveries.
All of our products come with a minimum seven-year guarantee so that you can trust in the quality of the products you buy from us. For some of our products we are even able to offer a longer guarantee period. You can find this information on every product page directly under the BUY button.

Fabric swatches, laminate samples and matting samples are available free of charge on request by contacting customer service.

For quantity orders, AJ Products recommends ordering one item as a sample in advance of placing the whole order. Samples are chargeable but can be returned for a full refund provided the item is in original condition. If you are ordering as a sample, let us know and we will advise the best way to do this to prevent you from incurring return transport charges.
