Packing stations that do it all: Store, pack and ship with ease
You need three things to create a good and efficient working environment in the warehouse. First, a flexible warehouse shelving system that can be easily adjusted or expanded as needed. Then, packing stations that make packaging tasks quicker and more organised. And finally, mobile warehouse trolleys that reduce unnecessary lifting and make it easier to move goods around. When all three elements are in place, you get a smooth and efficient logistics flow. To keep things simple, you’ll find everything you need to optimise your warehouse packing and shipping with us.
1. Customised storage solutions
A well-planned warehouse makes everyday tasks much easier. It should be easy to find and retrieve the items that need to be packed and shipped.
A flexible warehouse shelving system gives you the freedom to create exactly the storage layout you need and reorganize it whenever is needed. You can always add more shelving sections if the shelf space becomes tight. The units come in a variety of widths, depths and heights, helping you make full use of your available storage space.
To get the most out of your storage, you can add extra shelves and accessories such as drawers, doors and side panels. Some shelving systems can also be fitted with back rails, tool panels and other smart features to create a complete warehouse workstation.
Make use of storage bins and picking bins to help you store, organise and quickly locate every item in your inventory. Mobile storage bin racks such as back racks on wheels, are particularly useful during the packing process, as the entire unit can be wheeled directly to the packing station.

2. Efficient packing stations with good ergonomics
If several employees share the same packing station, it's a good idea to choose a model with an electrically height-adjustable workbench. This allows each person to work at an ergonomically correct height, reducing strain and promoting better posture. Be sure to select the table width based on the type and volume of goods being packed.
Some packing stations come with recessed ball rollers built into the surface, making it easy to rotate parcels during packing. Choosing a workbench with an extendable lower shelf gives you extra workspace — ideal for handling larger items or bulk packaging.
Adding shelves, back rails and tool panels above the packing tablekeeps all tools and materials within easy reach. This makes work more efficient and more comfortable. Roll holders and integrated cutting units further simplify the packaging process.
To minimise fatigue in the legs, back and feet, is recommended using standing mats that distributes pressure evenly. If possible, try to alternate between standing and sitting throughout the day, as this supports full-body movement. Combine with a height-adjustable work chair, for a fully ergonomic and efficient packing setup.
A roller conveyor makes it easier to move boxes, crates and packages from the packing station to the dispatch area. We offer conveyor systems suitable for both lightweight items and pallets.

TIP! Keep everything within easy reach
The SEND packing table is designed to make packing tasks more efficient by keeping all materials close at hand.
The upper shelf is ideal for storing essentials such as cardboard boxes, tape and scissors. You can also fit roll holders for up to three different types of packaging material, so you always have the right option available when you need it.
A built-in cutting unit makes it easy to trim kraft paper, corrugated cardboard and other packing materials to size. For maximum comfort and ergonomics, the height of the table is adjustable to suit each user.
3. Avoid unnecessary lifting and strain injuries
Lifting and carrying are part of daily warehouse work, so it's important to carry out these tasks in an ergonomically correct way to prevent strain and injury, especially to the back.
By using a warehouse trolley or warehouse cart , you can protect your body, work at a better height, and move multiple items at once with less effort. It’s important to choose a trolley that suits the type of goods being handled. If your stock varies in size and weight, it may be worth investing in a few different models to suit each task.
In our range you will find, among other things self trolleys, distribution trolleys, order picking trolleys, platform trolleys and long materials trolleys. In fact, we have a transport aid for almost every package, regardless of size, weight and situation. All so that you can streamline your package handling and offer a really good warehouse environment.
