Two areas, one visit
Whether we’re looking at desks and meeting spaces or racking and workbenches, the approach is the same: we look at how your workplace is actually being used, what’s working well and where there may be opportunities to improve.

How much space you have, how it’s being used and whether there’s a better way to keep everything organised.

How people move through the space on a normal day, and whether the layout helps them work efficiently.

Three steps to a better workplace
1. Tell us about your space
Start with a short form or call. Tell us what kind of workplace you have, roughly how big it is and what you’d like to improve - whether you’re moving, refitting or simply looking for ways to make your space work better.
2. We walk it with you
One of our workplace specialists visits your site to see how the space works in practice. We’ll look at what matters, take measurements where needed and talk to the people who use the space every day. Visits usually take 60–90 minutes.
3. Get a clear plan
After the visit, we’ll send you a written summary of what’s working well, where there’s room for improvement and what you could do next. Where relevant, we’ll include indicative costs, so you have a clear idea of your options. There’s no obligation to act on our recommendations.

- No. We’re not assessors, and we don’t check compliance. Instead, we take a practical look at your furniture, storage, layout and equipment to see what’s working well, where there may be opportunities to improve, and what you could do differently.
- No. The visit is about understanding your workplace and how it works for your team. If we have recommendations, we’ll share them with you afterwards in writing. There’s no obligation to buy anything.
- Both. We visit all kinds of workplaces, from offices and meeting spaces to warehouses, workshops and industrial sites. Racking and workbenches get the same attention as desks and storage, it all starts with understanding how your workplace works.
- Usually around an hour to 90 minutes, depending on the size of your site. We’ll confirm the expected duration when we arrange your visit.
- Not really. We work with all kinds of workplaces, from a single office floor to a full distribution centre. The important thing is understanding your space and finding opportunities to make it work better for your business.
