Walk while you work and feel better!

Most people sit for many hours a day, making your body tired and stiff. Moving while you work increases blood circulation and burns more calories, which boosts oxygen and energy to both the body and brain. Light exercise is an easy way to give you the best possible conditions for a more alert and productive day.

Standing up at your desk has been shown to have a positive effect on your health. It stands to reason then that movement would be even better. With a desk treadmill you increase your blood circulation even more by moving. A slow pace is enough. You don't have to go fast or work up a sweat in order for your body to experience the benefits. Sitting makes you tired because you are in a static position. Switching between sitting, standing and walking is a great way to boost energy levels because it encourages more movement.

The walking treadmill is easy to control either with a remote control or automatically via sensors in the running belt that track your walking pace. The maximum speed is 6.0 km/h with a minimum speed of 0.5 km/h.
The design is light and flexible, allowing you to fold up the treadmill when you are not using it and store it out of the way. Folded, the treadmill is only 822 x 547 x 129 mm while the walking surface is 1200 x 415 mm fully extended. The low profile makes it easy to get on and off. Two wheels on the underside allow you to roll the treadmill into position or, thanks to its light weight, you can carry it.

Some tasks will be easier to do while standing still. If a particular task requires extra attention, you can always stop walking and stand still on the treadmill – and then start walking again when you are ready. As the treadmill runs very quietly, no noise will disturb you or your colleagues.
