Sustainability work and governance
Our sustainability strategy is built on key material issues, helping us focus our efforts where they have the most impact. By using management systems and digital tools, we ensure structured processes and reliable data collection across our operations.
In recent years, AJ Products has made significant progress on environmental, climate and sustainability issues. We’re now adopting a more holistic, group-wide approach aimed at making a stronger contribution to the UN Sustainable Development Goals and meeting, if not exceeding, the growing expectations of our customers and stakeholders.
To guide this work, we’ve carried out a double materiality assessment in line with CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) across all companies in the Group. This analysis will underpin our future governance, strategy and reporting as we prepare for tighter regulations and higher demands across the board.
Business ethics and anti-corruption
Strong business ethics and anti-corruption practices are more important than ever both at AJ Products and across the wider business landscape. Our latest risk assessments highlight the need for clear governance, so we've strengthened our internal policies and introduced new monitoring systems to help mitigate risk.
Our internal Code of Conduct applies to all employees within the Tollsbo Group. It sets out clear expectations for how we work together, how we engage with external partners and how we conduct business responsibly and fairly.
We also expect the same high standards from our suppliers. All partners must comply with the Tollsbo Group Supplier Code of Conduct, which is aligned with international frameworks including the UN Convention against Corruption. Our aim is to ensure ethical practices and transparency throughout the entire supply chain.
