Stack two units high in a corridor, run a row of six side by side in a reception area, or build a bank of mixed sizes in a school entrance - the modular format means the layout adapts to the space rather than the other way around.
Fixing the units together creates a stable, uniform bank and removes a security vulnerability that's easy to overlook: a single unsecured cube is light enough for someone to pick up and walk away with. A bolted row or stack is not.
In schools, cube lockers work well for storing smaller personal items - bags, PE kit, lunch boxes - where a full-height clothes locker would be excessive. For shift-based settings where all staff are present simultaneously, you need one compartment per person, so 30 lockers for 30 staff. For staggered shifts, you may be able to get away with fewer - one locker per peak simultaneous headcount rather than total headcount.
