The LEGERE I chair has a stable, powder-coated tubular steel frame, and a seat and backrest made of high-pressure laminate. High-pressure laminate is a material that is ideally suited to schools, as it is both hard-wearing and easy to clean. The classroom chair is both suspendable and stackable; two features which facilitate floor cleaning and chair storage. The seat is contoured for greater comfort. The chair has a footrest to provide support for the legs and feet throughout the school day. A footplate is available to order as an accessory.
