The plastic trays are approved for use with food and can be stacked. The trays are manufactured from recyclable UV-stable HDPE. The material makes them impact resistant and extremely robust. The trays have good temperature resistance (from -10°C to + 40˚C) and can withstand the majority of chemicals. Smooth sides and a flat bottom make the trays easy to clean. Drainage holes in the rim facilitate cleaning. The trays are especially easy to handle thanks to their easy-grip, surface-mounted carrying handles on the short sides. They work well on a conveyor belt and can be stacked for efficient storage space.

The tray trolley is made of electrogalvanised steel tubing. The build is plain but sturdy and durable. The trolley has a maximum load capacity of 150 kg. It is equipped with slanting runners that make it easy to pull out the trays to access the content even when the trays are in place.
