Our practical mail sorting furniture, made of hardwearing and easy-to-maintain laminate, is designed to simplify mail handling and make it more efficient. With these functional sorting units, it is easy to create an optimal solution for each individual business. The units are not only ideal for sorting incoming mail but are also just as suitable for handling and storing outgoing mail, various internal documents, printouts, printer paper and much more.
This floor-standing mail sorting solution combines a tabletop mail sorting unit with a convenient cupboard with doors. The result is a smart piece of sorting furniture that creates efficient and organised mail handling at your office!
The tabletop mail sorting unit has 30 open compartments for storing mail and other documents. You can easily move the shelves in height at 32 mm intervals to adjust the size of the compartments to suit your needs. The front of each shelf is fitted with a narrow aluminium strip the same length as the shelf. You can slide labels into the aluminium strips to quickly and conveniently label the compartments, for instance, with the names of the employees or the contents of each compartment. The mail sorting unit comes complete with a pack of 20 labels. Extra labels and additional shelves to create more compartments are available as optional accessories.
The sorting cupboard is equipped with a large pull-out sorting shelf on sturdy runners directly under the top of the cabinet to be at a convenient working height. You can keep mail and papers on the shelf while you sort them to make the process easier. The shelf can also act as a writing or working space, for instance while you prepare envelopes that are to be sent. The sorting cupboard has two shelves, each with space for 15 A4 binders, and double doors with discreet handles for closed storage. Use the cupboard for storing binders along with address lists, printer paper, envelopes, stamps and other things useful to have close at hand while dealing with the office’s mail.
