This cutting pack for the X-Guard machine guard system is designed for cutting it horizontally. The cutting pack makes it easier for you to adjust your machine guard system to its surroundings and to meet your specific requirements, for example when you need accurate measurements.
You can use the horizontal cutting pack to free up space under the panels, for example, to allow items on a roller conveyor to pass through, or to free up space above the machine guard system, for example if the ceiling is lower in a certain area.
To adjust the height of the machine guard system, fit the strip using the bolts and nuts supplied onto a mesh panel that has been cut. The brackets on the strip can then be hooked into the uprights which have holes punched in them to allow the strip to be fitted quickly and flexibly.
The machine guard system complies with EU standards for the installation of machines.
