This shelving system supplied complete with plastic parts bins is a convenient storage solution for harsh environments, such as workshops and industries. The shelving unit can be placed in the middle of the room to make it possible to pick from both sides. Alternatively, the bins can be stacked on top of each other if the shelving system is placed against a wall.
The shelving’s uprights are perforated, making it possible to hook the shelves in place at any height. The shelves are constructed using strong support beams and 16 mm thick chipboard. They have a maximum load capacity of 700 kg per shelf. The support beams and the uprights are made of sheet steel and powder-coated in dark grey. The powder-coating provides an extra hard and durable finish.
The small parts bins are made of HDPE. They are resistant to acids, machine oils, solvents and detergents. HDPE has a very high temperature resistance and can withstand temperatures from -40˚C to +80˚C. The bins have a flat base and a convenient handle that facilitates lifting. They have a label holder on the front, making it easy to label them so that you can quickly find what you are looking for. Several parts bins can be stacked on top of each other for a space-efficient storage. The opening in the front allows you to access the contents, even when the bins are stacked.
