Drum rotator, 250/360 kg load, orange

Lift, rotate and transport drums with this drum rotator that can be used in conjunction with a forklift truck. It allows you to lift barrels in the vertical position but then rotate them in the air for horizontal storage on racking for example, or vice versa; this eliminates the need for any manual handling. The drums can be rotated through a full 360° using the manual crank handle so that they can be manoeuvred in any way necessary. A 200 mm wide, steel girdle harness with two ratchet clamps that strap around the centre of the drum holds the drum securely in place during handling. The forklift attachment is suitable for use with both steel and plastic drums: the maximum capacity is 360 kg when used with steel drums but is reduced to 250 kg with plastic barrels. The rotator is secured to the forks using T- bar clamping screws. The fork pockets are W 165 x H 50 mm and the fork centres are 800 mm. A test certificate is supplied with this product.
