Orthomat® Ultimate is designed to reduce fatigue and provide the right balance of support and comfort underfoot to help prevent pain in your back and lower joints from standing to work for prolonged periods. It also encourages slight movement while standing in order to improve your blood circulation. This hard-wearing anti-fatigue matting is suitable for use in demanding wet or dry industrial environments including areas with oil or chemical spillage; it is ideal for use around machinery, at workbenches, assembly lines and packing stations.
The mat is made from open-cell PVC foam; a bonded outer layer of PolyNit surrounds the entire mat, which seals to provide excellent durability. The soft, high-density foam inner layer cushions from impact underfoot. Heat-sealed tapered edges reduce the risk of you tripping while the raised, diamond grid surface provides good grip in all conditions and traps dry debris or swarf. Suitable for temperatures between 0°C and +55°C. Fire rated to BS EN 13501-1 Class Cfl-S1.
