SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Returns

All products bought online or via our catalogue are sold on a 10 day sale or return. To return goods not to your satisfaction please do the following:
- Call and tell us you wish to return the goods.
- We will pay the return postage. Please have your customer number and order number ready.
- Package the goods securely
- We will not refund goods damaged by the customer.
- For larger orders, our refunds policy requires you to place a sample order first.
- This policy does not apply to products specially ordered that are not part of our standard range. A tip before buying furniture: Order a material sample first.

Minimum 1 year guarantee All items in the catalogue come with a 1 year guarantee for normal usage. If a longer guarantee applies, this is stated in the catalogue. During the guarantee period we will provide spare parts or exchange the product at no extra charge.
GUARANTEE
All products on this website are automatically covered by a one year guarantee from invoice date, subject to normal use. Any longer guarantee period for a particular product is clearly stated in the catalogue. During the guarantee period, we reserve the right to send you spare parts free of charge.

Returns
The customer is entitled to return the Goods within 10 days from delivery on the following conditions: Returns will only be accepted if the customer has written consent from AJ Products (UK) Ltd. before the Goods are returned. The return freight will be paid by AJ Products (UK) Ltd. on condition that the customer first contacts us and follows the instructions given. The Goods must be properly packed to ensure that they are returned without any damage and received in the same condition as when delivered.

We will not cover any damages caused by a customer. The Buyer does not have any right to return Goods ordered over 100 in number or £500 in value unless a product sample has been ordered.
CARRIAGE AND INSURANCE
All goods delivered carriage paid are insured by AJ Products (UK) Ltd. Risk of damage to the Goods or loss of the Goods passes to the Buyer at Delivery notwithstanding that the title in the Goods shall not pass to the Buyer until the Seller receives payment in full. In all other cases insurance is the Buyer’s responsibility.

The Buyer must check the goods immediately on receipt and any transport or other visible damages must be noted on the delivery note and reported to AJ Products (UK) Ltd. without delay.
SERVICE
When ordering from the AJ Catalogue you are guaranteed to receive quality products. Security of purchase and quality are keywords for AJ Products. As proof of this we offer you the right to return goods within 10 days in the unlikely event that these are not to your satisfaction.

We also offer a minimum one-year guarantee on all our pro­ducts.
QUALITY
Your assurance of conformity with the design and safety requirements applicable to products intended to be sold within the EU.

Marking applied to recyclable plastic products, which also identifies the type of plastic.

Safety tested and approved by the TÜV test institute.

10 year guarantee against manufacturing defects. We will supply spare parts or replace the product free of charge.

Products marked with the†UL symbo? are products which have undergone rigorous testing to U?s high standards. These tests include exposure to very high temperatures followed by a drop test. In order to pass the test the safe must remain intact.
